Performance

You deserve support that was built for you.

Not adapted for you. Not translated for you. Built for you.

The Peri Nation was founded by a Black woman who looked around and realized the support that existed wasn't made with us in mind.

So she built something that was.

We Are Here To Listen
Woman of color with her eyes closed holding her head in a gesture of exhaustion, representing the intersectional stress of the sandwich generation and medical gaslighting during perimenopause.
"I'm managing kids, a career, aging parents, and perimenopause. But the healthcare system acts like perimenopause is the only thing I should be dealing with.

No one acknowledges that I'm juggling all of this at once while my body is literally changing. I felt so alone in that."

"It is already hard being heard as a woman, but put being Black on top of that and you are just straight dismissed.

My doctor told me my chest pain was because my bra was too tight. He threw anxiety medications at me when what I really needed was someone to actually listen. I felt like I was losing my mind."

FAQ

What This Work Is, and Is Not.

Questions & Answers
What is Performance Protection Consulting, exactly?

Strategic advisory for women navigating perimenopause while protecting professional authority.

Executives routinely pay for private judgment and risk mitigation during unstable periods; lawyers for framing before decisions are documented, reputation consultants for narrative control before issues become public, executive advisors for off-the-record thinking when stakes are high.

This is the same service, except the trigger is health transition intersecting with professional demands.

When capacity fluctuates but expectations remain constant, you need judgment before exposure becomes visible. Not therapy, coaching, or wellness. Strategic advisory for professional risk during perimenopause.

Do I have to disclose what's happening to my employer or team?

No. You don’t have to disclose anything.
The work is Disclosure-Independent, which means the strategies are designed to function without you having to explain, label, or share personal health information with your employer or team.

The focus is on protecting your credibility and performance quietly, so you can navigate the transition privately while remaining fully effective at work.

What makes this different from general executive coaching?

Executive coaching helps you grow. This work helps you stay intact. Coaching focuses on reflection, goals, and behavior change.

Disclosure-Independent Performance Protection is about protecting your credibility and authority when something physical or cognitive is interfering with how you show up at work.It doesn’t ask you to explain what’s happening, disclose health details, or “work through it” out loud.

The strategies work quietly, so your performance and professional standing stay protected while you navigate the transition privately.

How long does it take to see results?

Within the first few weeks, the focus is on reducing immediate performance friction and protecting credibility in daily professional settings. From there, our work supports sustained decision quality, stamina, and role effectiveness over time.

This is not a quick fix or a motivational reset.

Results show up as fewer performance disruptions, greater control over how you show up at work, and reduced pressure to explain or disclose while navigating the transition.

What if I'm not sure this is for me?

That’s exactly what the 90-minute MAPS Blueprint℠ Session is for. It’s a structured working session designed to help you understand what’s affecting your performance and whether this methodology is appropriate for your situation.

You’ll leave with clarity on what support would look like, or confirmation that it’s not the right fit. There’s no pressure to continue.

The purpose is information, not commitment.

What if I'm not ready to commit to a year, but I need help now?

That’s exactly what The Tender Path℠ Intensive is designed for.

This is four weeks of focused work to establish a clear, actionable strategy to navigate perimenopuase and health challenges.

It provides stabilization and direction without requiring a long-term commitment. You don’t need a year to get clarity. You need the right support at the right moment.

What does The Peri Nation platform actually look like?

The Peri Nation is a private digital community built for Black women and women of color in leadership. You get access to a secure member portal where you can connect with other women navigating this transition, access frameworks and resources, and move through The Tender Path at your own pace. Everything is designed to be straightforward and intuitive, not cluttered with corporate jargon or unnecessary features. You're here to get support and frameworks that work, not to navigate a complicated interface.

Can I work with you if I haven't been formally diagnosed with perimenopause?

Yes. Many women experience changes years before a formal diagnosis, and delayed recognition is common.

If you’re noticing shifts in sleep, mood, focus, stamina, or cognitive function during your late 30s through 50s, this work can help you make sense of what’s happening, protect your performance, and prepare to advocate effectively for appropriate medical care. A formal diagnosis is not required to begin.

How often do I need to log in or participate?

There's no minimum requirement. You move through The Peri Nation at your own pace. Some members engage daily, others weekly, and that's all fine. You're not being tracked for engagement metrics.

Log in when you need support, frameworks, or community. Skip it when you don't. This works around your life and your leadership schedule.

Do you provide medical advice or treatment?

No.This work is not medical care, and we do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

What we do provide is strategic support, including advocacy scripts and practical tools that help women navigate dismissiveness, disrespect, and credibility challenges in professional and healthcare settings.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

What is The Tender Path℠?

The Tender Path℠ is our proprietary methodology for protecting your performance during perimenopause and related health transitions, without requiring you to disclose what’s happening at work.

It’s designed for women who need to stay credible, effective, and in control while their body is changing.

This is not a wellness program or mindset practice. It’s a practical way to reduce disruption, stabilize how you function day to day, and move through this transition privately and strategically.

What’s included in The Tender Path℠?

The Tender Path℠ is delivered through a private community space, where all sessions, tools, resources, and discussions live in one place. This is where the work actually happens.

Inside the community, you’ll have access to:
*Live and recorded sessions covering the methodology
*Tools to pinpoint current performance disruptions
*Guidance to stabilize sleep, cognition, energy, and daily function
*Advocacy scripts for healthcare and professional settings
*A private space to apply the work without disclosure

Do I have to attend live sessions to benefit?

No. Live sessions are encouraged, but recordings are always available. Many women engage with the material on their own schedule. The work is designed to be flexible and usable alongside a demanding professional life.

Can I share The Tender Path materials with friends or family?

No. The materials are proprietary and intended for individual use.If someone you care about might benefit, you’re welcome to share information about the program itself, just not the materials.

Is this a social community?

No. This is a structured working space, not a social forum.

The community exists to support application of the methodology, share resources, and allow for thoughtful questions.

Can I participate if I live outside the United States?

Yes.The work isn’t tied to a specific country. While healthcare systems and workplace rules differ, the core focus on protecting performance, credibility, and privacy applies across geographies.
