This grant exists because too many Black women and women of color with proven leadership capacity are being pushed out of systems that benefited from their labor and expertise.

The Peri Nation Tender Path Intensive Grant

Eligibility

Applicants criteria:

  • Black woman or woman of color.
  • Have experienced unplanned career disruption or displacement.
  • Be navigating perimenopause or other health-related hormonal transitions.

Awards

Grant recipients are selected on the basis of:

  • Professional background and expertise.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the Tender Path Intensive methodology.
  • Current alignment with the "double transition" of career and health.
  • Eight (8) full grants will be awarded for the pilot ($5,997 value each). These are in-kind professional development awards and have no cash value.‍
  • Selection is made solely by The Peri Nation review team.
  • Decisions are final and focused on creating a cohesive cohort of professionals. ready to reclaim their capacity; whether they are navigating a return to the workforce, scaling a consultancy, or launching a new venture.

Notification

All applicants will be notified by March 1, 2026. Notifications are sent via email. Please use a personal email address that you check regularly.

Payment of Grants

This grant covers the investment for the 4-week Tender Path Intensive℠. No cash payments are issued to or required from recipients.

Requirements

As part of your application, you must upload the following:
  • The Digital Grant Application: A conversational survey powered by TheySaid AI. This is the primary requirement to be considered for the grant and establishes the data for your MAPS Blueprint℠.
  • Commitment to the Pilot: Confirmation that you can attend the scheduled virtual sessions on Saturday mornings and two weekday evenings.
  1. Note: We do not require financial records or information. Our focus is on your professional continuity and your readiness to engage with the methodology.
