Why I Built The Peri Nation
I went through perimenopause and menopause without clear guidance, support, or real answers. When I sought help, I received the same generic advice many women hear: 'eat right and exercise.' It didn't address the painful symptoms quietly undermining my relationships, affecting my performance, and disrupting my life.
As a mother, I made a decision my daughter would not enter this stage of life without a roadmap.
I studied the research, tracked patterns, tested interventions, and identified practical paths forward.
As a data analyst with two decades of experience in institutional risk and regulatory environments, I knew what was missing wasn't effort or discipline—it was structured, credible support. So I built it.
What began as private support for my daughter and the women around her gradually became something more. I was repeatedly asked to share this work beyond my immediate circle. I had retired and wasn't planning to build another company, but the need was undeniable. The Peri Nation was created to make this work accessible to more women.
Perimenopause should be a catalyst, not a cliff.
