• Services are intended for adults 18 years and older. Professional programs may have additional eligibility requirements.

• One account per individual; no sharing credentials  
• Payment & Refunds  
• All fees are stated clearly at enrollment Payment is required prior to program access
• Refund policies are program-specific and outlined at purchase
• No refunds after program start date unless otherwise specified

Only "Certified Tender Path℠ Advisors" who have executed a formal Licensing Agreement with Lozen Advisory LLC are authorized to use the methodology in a professional or commercial capacity.

• Reproduce, redistribute, or "white-label" the methodology for use in your own coaching or consulting practice.
• Create "derivative works" (e.g., your own version of the framework) based on The Tender Path℠.
• Use the Proprietary Materials to train third parties without an express, written Certification Agreement from Lozen Advisory LLC.
